Brunel is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and increase our market share. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional relationship-building skills. This role requires an individual who is adept at identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Tasks
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers.Collaborate with internal teams to align company services with client needs.Attend industry events and conferences for networking and business development purposes.Prepare and deliver presentations on company services to potential clients.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning.
Formation Desired
Complete College Education: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Language Requirements
English: Fluent
Other Requirements
Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the Energy, Oil & Gas, or Engineering sectors.
Desired Skills
Strong networking capabilities, CRM software proficiency, strategic planning skills.
